The SENSISpec INgezim Spike Solution Gluten is intended for the execution of spiking experiments in combination with the SENSISpec INgezim GLUTEN R5 ELISA kits. In order to get a sample containing 10 ppm of GLUTEN, add 100 μL of SENSISpec Spike Solution Gluten to 0.25 g of sample. Extract the sample according to the SENSISpec INgezim GLUTEN R5 ELISA kit instruction.
