ln order to get a sample containing 10 ppm of soy protein, add 200 µL SENSISpec Spike Solution Total Soy Protein to 1 g of sample. Extract the sample with 19,8 ml of prediluted extraction buffer according to the SENSISpec ELISA Total Soy Protein test instruction. Proceed with extraction and dilution according the test instruction.
