INgene® q Bovine Parainfluenza 3 is a real-time PCR kit for the detection of PI3V RNA in samples from Cattle. The assay is optimized for samples like lungs, nasopharyngeal secretions and strains/vaccines. This kit detects the pathogen RNA in FAM channel and includes an Endogenous Control (HEX/VIC), making it a duplex real-time PCR in one-well format, allowing identification of false negatives due to poor extraction and/or PCR inhibition.
