The BACGene real-time PCR kits offer next day-results and, due to their flexible design, are equally useful for the testing of low and high sample volumes. All kits use an IPC as amplification control. The kits are certified by AFNOR and by AOAC as Proficiency Tested™ Methods. All kits come with an evaluation software for easy evaluation and documentation of results.
The BACGene Listeria monocytogenes kit is designed for fast detection of Listeria monocytogenes with 10x96 lysis and real-time PCR reactions. This kit is designed for high-throughput with larger amounts of samples.

The BACGene Listeria monocytogenes kit is certified by AFNOR Certification as an alternative method for Listeria monocytogenes detection in all human food products and environmental samples according to EN ISO 16140-2. The end of the validity of the NF VALIDATION certification is indicated on the certificate EGS 38/03-01/17.
