Earlier this year, we launched our new and improved SENSIStrip Lateral Flow Device product line for allergen detection in foodstuffs and in environmental samples. These products allow a fast and reliable detection of allergens that must be labeled on packaged food products, and support efficient cleaning control monitoring.
We are pleased to announce that a gluten rapid test has now been added to this portfolio. With low detection limits and only a few minutes of incubation time, this solution helps laboratories with providing and adequate control at different stages of the food manufacturing process, across food matrices, rinse water and equipment.
