DNAnimal Mplex Horse&Donkey/Cattle/Chicken

Animal Species Identification especially in food products has increasingly gained attention due to public health, legal or even economic concerns. Thereby, real-time PCR has become a routine reliable method to do so. This real-time PCR solution contains all reagents needed for the qualitative detection of horse&donkey simultaneously, cattle or chicken DNA in food&feed samples after respective DNA isolation. The solution does contain an internal IPC to sensitively detect inhibition. The kit is validated for use with Bio Rad CFX96 TouchTM and CFX96 TouchTM Deep well PCR platforms.
