SpeciesIdent RT CaMV IPC (LR/HR) is a specific and sensitive real-time PCR kit for the detection of the cauliflower mosaic virus ORF V. This assay can be used to detect CaMV contaminations in case of 35S promoter or 35S terminator positive results.
To exclude false-negative results caused by inhibition of the real-time PCR, an internal positive control (IPC) is included in every reaction.
