SpeciesIdent RT CaMV IPC (LR/HR) is a specific and sensitive real-time PCR kit for the detection of the cauliflower mosaic virus ORF V . This assay can be used to detect CaMV contaminations in case of 35S promoter or 35S terminator positive results.
To exclude false-negative results caused by inhibition of the real-time PCR, an internal positive control (IPC) is included in every reaction.
