GMOScreen RT 35S/NOS/ABII IPC (NR) is a highly sensitive multiplex real-time PCR kit suitable for a broad screening of genetically modified organisms. This kit is an essential part of the SMARTCheck GMO Solution for soybean and corn, where maximum coverage of GMOs of these two species is achieved with only two multiplex kits.
To exclude false-negative results caused by inhibition of the real-time PCR, an internal positive control (IPC) is included in every reaction.
