GMOScreen RT IPC (NR) ocs-terminator/Laurical™/oxy-235 Canola is a highly specific and sensitive multiplex real-time PCR kit suitable for screening and identification of genetically modified canola (rapeseed). This kit is an essential part of the SMARTCheck GMO Solution for canola (rapeseed), where a broad coverage of genetically modified canola is achieved with only two multiplex kits. Use this kit to screen or identify for EU non approved GMO canola.
To exclude false-negative results caused by inhibition of the real-time PCR, an internal positive control (IPC) is included in every reaction.
