GMOQuant Duplex IPC (LR) FG72/CsVMV Modification Soy is a highly specific and sensitive quantitative multiplex real-time PCR kit that reliably quantifies the sequences of one genetic modification and one soybean event.
To exclude false-negative results caused by inhibition of the real-time PCR, an internal positive control (IPC) is included in every reaction.
