GMOIdent RT IPC (LR) MON87411/MON87403/MON87427 Corn is a highly specific and sensitive multiplex real-time PCR kit that reliably identifies three different genetically modified corn (maize) events. Use this assay in case of AgroBorder II positive results in a previous screening or directly identify these three corn events in your sample.
To exclude false-negative results caused by inhibition of the real-time PCR, an internal positive control (IPC) is included in every reaction.
