GMOQuant Duplex IPC (LR) RT73/MON88302 Canola is a highly specific and sensitive quantitative multiplex real-time PCR kit that reliably quantifies the sequences of two different genetically modified canola (rapeseed) events.
To exclude false-negative results caused by inhibition of the real-time PCR, an internal positive control (IPC) is included in every reaction.
