GMOQuant IPC (LR) pat(syn) gene Canola is a sensitive real-time PCR kit for the relative quantification of the sequence of the modified pat gene from Streptomyces viridochromogenes in canola (rapeseed).
To exclude false-negative results caused by inhibition of the real-time PCR, an internal positive control (IPC) is included in every reaction.
