Details

Brilliant Green Bile Lactose Broth is an inhibitory broth that promotes the growth of coliforms and inhibits Gram-positive and some Gram-negative organisms. This is achieved with the use of both oxgall and brilliant green dye. Coliforms ferment the lactose and are detected by gas production.
