What an exciting few days we had at the World Mycotoxin Forum 2025 in Salzburg! We were thrilled to participate at this event again as a Silver Sponsor and had the incredible opportunity to connect with some of the best minds in the mycotoxin field.
A huge thanks to everyone who visited our booth, attended our company presentation led by our EMEA/APAC Sales Director Guillaume Clairand, and participated at the lectures of our experts.
Giulia Rosar, Mycotoxin/GMO Product Manager guided the audience through the latest innovations in mycotoxin testing automation, and demonstrated the evolvement from traditional testing methods to using innovative technologies with considering data integrity. The Wizard of Oz journey illustrated this development path as an allegory throughout the lecture, and the audience really appreciated this creative approach.
Our scientist from the US, Boris Polyak introduced a new and unique product developed by developed by Gold Standard Diagnostics Horsham a rapid test kit for patulin analysis. Screening of these harmful mycotoxins is especially interesting for food industries using apple as raw material for juices, cider and sauces. With these revolutionary test strips, producers and quality control teams can monitor patulin levels in their products without the need for complex laboratory setups. The rapid test empowers food processors to monitor contamination levels at multiple stages of production, from raw materials to finished products.
We sincerely appreciated the interest in our presentations and the many insightful discussions we had with you at our booth! For those who missed it, we hope you’ll join us at future food safety events – see you in Vienna at the Free From.. Food Expo on the 17-18 June!
