We are excited to attend the 1st International Workshop of the Spanish network on mycotoxins, toxigenic fungi and their decontamination processes! The workshop will be a great opportunity to establish links between researchers, professionals and teachers who work in this field, being a reference forum that allows the exchange of knowledge and experiences on work methodologies, increasing efficiency in risk assessment and improving the quality and safety of food, protecting and promoting the health of the population.
