For our laboratory customers, our primary focus is on timely and effective installation of diagnostic technologies that best meet their specific business needs and expert on-site technical assistance to deal with any operational issues that may arise in the use of those technologies. We also provide consultation to assist in the selection of specific diagnostic technologies and products appropriate to laboratory needs, and serve as ongoing liaison with manufacturing partners regarding, delivery schedules, and product updates.
