For our manufacturing partners, our primary focus is on marketing, selling, and supporting their products throughout the United States. We provide expert market analysis and technical consultation in the design and development of new products. Additionally, we provide guidance and assistance in the review and approval of new products by regulatory agencies, and we monitor the feedback regarding the deployment and practical application of their products in clinical laboratories.

For our laboratory customers, our primary focus is on timely and effective installation of diagnostic technologies that best meet their specific business needs. We also provide expert on-site technical assistance to deal with any operational issues that may arise in the use of those technologies. Additionally, our team consults our laboratory customers in the selection of specific diagnostic technologies and products appropriate to laboratory needs, and serve as ongoing liaison with manufacturing partners regarding delivery schedules and product updates.
